Recently I had the opportunity to try some luxury vegan skincare.
Now, if you know me at all you definitely know I am a big proponent of skincare and making sure my skin is taken care of. Most of us only get one face ;) so it's important that we're gentle and take good care of it.
Pelle Beauty is a natural luxury line that offers some of the most gentle and effective skincare that's just out of this world.
The foaming cleanser ($40) is such a gentle product that's really getting deep into the skin and clearing out the dirt and grime. This cleanser helps to brighten the complexion and come on, who doesn't want brighter, fresher skin?
The beauty mist ($30) reminds me of the Mario Badescu rose mist, which is a good thing. This is extremely hydrating and just rejuvenates the skin. Spraying these mists and primers is one of my favorite parts of makeup. It's just so refreshing to press the button and feel a mist on your face. It's the little things, people!
The beauty balm ($65) was especially helpful for me recently because I was sick and my skin was quite dry in certain areas (imagine me blowing my nose for three days straight- sexxy.) Using this around my nose was so nourishing and helped the cracked skin heal overnight. The moisture isn't super thick and obnoxious, just perfectly moisturizing and does the trick easily!
Now this is quite a clever one and I'm surprised I haven't seen this before. What with all of the skincare I've tried you would think someone had created an eye balm ($22) in the form of a chapstick. Although it may seem weird to put a chapstick shaped product under your eyes and not your lips, this is so perfect for applying under eye cream gently. Remember, the area surrounding your eyes is the thinnest and begins to age first. Be extremely careful around it!
Now the beauty oil ($60) reminds me of the Sarah Chapman Morning and Overnight Facial but this product is approximately $40 less than that one. This also feels significantly more fresh and the scent is less potent. It's not obnoxiously oily, but it is perfect as an overnight oil that you lightly tap and press into the skin. Due to the high doses of Omega 3's, "good" fatty acids and Vitamin E, this oil has helped my acne scars fade quicker and it's really helped with the elasticity of my face. This magic oil makes sure your skin is hydrated and not thirsty for moisture.
The multitasking facial oil ($45) is exactly what the name suggests- a multi-tasker! It can serve as a moisturizer, makeup remover, brow groomer, makeup primer or foundation mixer, and also a face mask primer. I have used this on my cuticles and in the very dry patches of my scalp before washing my hair. It's such a good oil that it can really be purposed in many ways. This oil is also high in fatty acids so it helps to hydrate and moisturize while also brightening. The scent of this one is quite lovely and I find it calming around bed time.
