About Jennifer Norman: 

Jennifer Norman is the Founder and Chief Human Officer of Humanist Beauty skincare and The Human Beauty Movement, a public benefit corporation that exists to champion inclusive beauty and wellness for all. Prior to founding The HBM, Jennifer spent 20+ years in the beauty industry providing brand management, product development, marketing leadership and strategic guidance to companies such as L’Oréal, Victoria’s Secret, Neutrogena, Stila Cosmetics, Derma E, Honest Beauty, Guthy-Renker, and Vegamour. The products she developed and brands she managed have collectively sold in excess of a billion dollars and have won numerous industry awards.

Jennifer is the single mom of a boy who has a severe chronic illness that causes him to be non-mobile, non-verbal and ventilator dependent. As such, she is passionate about encouraging people of all ages to be their most exceptional, regardless of ability, race, religion, gender or status. Jennifer is the author and publisher of the award-winning children’s picture book series, The Adventures of SuperCaptainBraveMan, which promotes early-age friendship, kindness and understanding of individuals presenting physical or neurological differences.

Jennifer holds a BS degree in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Georgetown University. She lives in Los Angeles with her son and rescue pup, Ziggy Smalls.
